We visited that resort before and we loved food and service. Distance to the airport was just 9 miles. Free Wi-Fi was available too. Perfect place for exploring Cha-Am.

excellent standard bungalow in a lush garden/park, huge swimming-pool, perfect service, palm trees in open air restaurant
there were hardly any guests in the very nice restaurant in the evening. the food was ok, but: they asked for a small bottle of beer double the price of a big one in surrounding restaurants. (same with a glass of wine) a taxi from the resort to bangkok airport is around 2000 baht; the hotel asked 4000.

The staff were really friendly and helpful: moved us as soon as possible. Location is right on the beach. Free transport into village that has some nice restaurants : Joe & Aof's restaurant was brilliant and had chicken nuggets for the fussy kids :)
First room we had was very old and smelt bad (2 bedroom apartment), the air conditioning system was hanging off the wall: tap was hanging off in the kitchen: the fridge was filthy and older than me! !! The smell was damp and dirty:didn't see any of these rooms on the website either and if we had we probably would not have gone: but they moved us without any fuss and ended up with 2 rooms in the smaller chalets; which were much nicer and the ones shown on the website. The pool is nice but had lots of broken tiles that could do with fixing. Oh and you pay at the end of your stay so make sure you have your card and it will work.

Location and environment of the chalets. Staff efficient and very friendly right from lobby to room cleaners
A Few mosquitoes in the room and lack of an adequate mosquito preventative system - coil, vapour, netting on the doors etc.

I always go back to the place where I lost my barrette. It suits me perfectly - 24-hour reception, swimming pool, beach access, massage, golf course, laundry. No regrets. I'm coming back for a holiday.

I always enjoy all of the facilities. The food is great, pool great, staff helpful and beach quiet and beautiful.
Still would like a bottle opener in the rooms but since that is my only concern, it is a small one. One day of the week they do not do laundry but can do rush orders.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a large balcony with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, right by the beach and in a quiet area. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

Everything is wonderful except for the snakes.
I noted that another person mentioned snakes. We also saw a snake as well as other people. Something needs to be done about this problem. In 7 years it has not been a problem before. They must get rid of the snakes.

Title: Wonderful Family Retreat
For dads, it would be great if there were more options for outdoor adventure activities for families with children.

This is a quiet, beautiful location. Not within walking distance of cities or shopping, but the quiet and beautiful beach more than offset this. Very interesting wooden cabanas. Nice breeze and sea views. Very nice restaurant with wifi next door.
A little old, but had character and very scenic. Needs better gym facilities.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled on a super clean beach just a stone's throw away from the beautiful sea. The location in a nice tropical park adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff here are attentive and always provide impeccable service. Rooms are well-appointed with a full width balcony at either end, offering breathtaking views. The breakfast served here is simply delicious and a great start to each day.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
